I finally got some time to sit in front of my computer and do something that wasn't related to my day job. For the past several months I haven't even been able to get out and shoot which in itself is annoying. However, I don't think it is a good enough reason to not take sometime to pull out an old standby Christmas image. Although I have to say that this particular image, or rather the particular Christmas that this image was taken was an interesting year to be sure. Much like this year has been for me but "different"
This Year 2014:
I've met some awesome people, one in particular who managed to help me in ways that they can't imagine nor probably will fully understand, but that's okay. I like to believe we can help people and not realize we are doing it.
The year started out with a tremendous lack of sleep, but by March things improved very well in the sleep category. Albeit every once in awhile I am pulled into a late night or two a month with a helping of getting up at 4:30AM. Getting little sleep is not helping with these bags under my eyes.
I got to visit New York City, which I had not been to since I left in 1989. It was a short trip that I took with my son, it was a fun experience to share with him. Oh and I did manage to get a few pictures out of it too. :-)
I got to catch up with an old high school friend, and shoot for them as well.
I managed to get in a few fashion shoots as well, no as many as I would have liked but ya can't win them all.
I'm not so sure what 2015 has in store, But as I tell anyone that will listen, you can always hope it will be good. Hope doesn't cost you anything.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all!
Until next time,
